Delivery Information For New Wine DirectFrom the moment we receive your order on this website, one of the following things will happen:
Our delivery charges are as follows:
UK:
Order value up to £15.00: £2.00
Order value over £15.00: FREE
Europe:
Order value up to £10.00: £2.00
Order value of £10.01-£20.00: £4.00
Order value of £20.01 upwards: £6.00
Rest of World:
Order value up to £10.00: £5.00
Order value of £10.01-£20.00: £9.00
Order value of £20.01 upwards: £12.00
1. If we have the item(s) in stock, we will quite often despatch the order the same day or the next day.
2. If an item is out of stock in our warehouse but is available from our supplier, we would usually despatch the order within 3 to 4 working days.
3. If an item is out of stock in our warehouse and unavailable from our suppliers, we will let you know and try and advise the estimated despatch date.
Please note, if you need an order delivered by a particular date, there is a Special Instructions box in the ordering process where you can enter these details. If we are unable to deliver by the requested date, we will let you know and give you the option to cancel your order.
